Strategic Thinking

I always start with framing the right problem to solve. This usually looks like challenging assumptions, clarifying scope, and connecting design decisions to product strategy and business goals.

End-to-End Ownership

I excel at working on projects with high-level of ambiguity and taking features from 0 to 1. From discovery and ideation to handoff and iteration, I keep projects moving.

Having hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js, helps me understand front-end constraints and trade-offs. Using latest AI tools speeds up my process and contributes to higher quality of final deliverables.

personal Dev. Projects

Creating this app introduced me to NextJS framework and helped me learn about NextJS' file structure and navigation, dynamic metadata, MySQL and Prisma, React Query, filtering and sorting by altering search parameters and more.

There were a few new concepts and tools that deepened my understanding of React (queries, caching, client and server-side components) and data manipulation using the ORM Prisma.

In order to practice previously-learned React concepts and apply them to real-world scenario I built a personal web-based grocery list. While the original idea was to have multiple pages with recipes and dashboard, I scaled it down to focus on a single concept.

Working on this app I have learned important React concepts like elevating state management into context file, making API calls to the database, as well as configuring database (Supabase), authentication and managing user sessions.

This was my first React project that introduced me to the front-end development. Creating this app step by step has taught me core JS development logic and showed me how to set-up a development environment, use version tracking (Git), interact with node package manager and deploy the app.

Learning about React (TS) and its key concepts provided me with a solid foundation for my front-end journey.
